1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a product has been purchased and the file(s) have been delivered.

Digital files cannot be “returned,” and access cannot be reversed once downloaded — therefore all purchases are non-refundable.


2. Accidental Purchases

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
We do not provide refunds for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Purchasing the wrong item

  • Change of mind

  • Misunderstanding the product content

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us with your order details.
We will verify the duplicate order and may offer a replacement product of equal value.


4. Download or Access Issues

If you experience:

We are happy to resend files or provide alternative download methods.


5. Damaged or Corrupted Files

If any file is corrupted or not opening correctly, you must notify us within 2 days of purchase.
We will provide a fresh copy of the file at no additional cost.


6. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment method was used without permission, contact your bank or payment provider immediately.
We can assist by providing order records, but we cannot issue refunds directly for unauthorized transactions.
